Ann’s Expert Dry Cleaning and Laundry offers next day “Express Service” Monday through Friday on most items. There is an additional service charge for next day “Express Service.”
Each wedding dress is different in style, fabric, and required alterations. The staff at Ann’s Expert Alterations and Tailoring will need to see the wedding dress and obtain information about the alterations required before providing as estimate of cost for a wedding dress. Each gown is different in style, fabric, and required alterations. The Staff Ann’s Expert Alterations and Tailoring will need to see the ball gown to determine how long it will take to hem. There are cases where a ball gown can be hemmed in one day or next day depending upon the gown, number of layers of fabric, type of fabric, etc.
Ann’s Expert Alterations and Tailoring has been supporting military members for over 36 years. We have the tailoring and alteration expertise for all military service uniforms, and we are located right across from Miramar Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS).
Ann’s Expert Alterations and Tailoring does offer same day alteration services for most items, however, it is also based upon the time of day the garment is received by the staff. We recommend bringing in a “same-day request” early in the morning to ensure there is enough time to properly alter or tailor your clothing. Additionally, same day alterations for formal wear such as wedding dresses and ball gowns are on a case-by-case basis.
Ann’s Expert Alterations and Tailoring can hem curtains, repair comforters, add zippers to pillows, and more. Just bring in your items and we’ll take care of the rest!
